My work goes beyond leadership as it’s traditionally known. I walk between worlds, the world of strategy, influence, and executive leadership, and the deeper unseen world of wisdom, energy, and ancient knowing. I bridge the practical and the profound, guiding leaders to success, through the heart of who they truly are.
For almost three decades, I’ve worked with CEOs, founders, visionaries, and changemakers across the globe, witnessing how leadership is elevated when it is deeply aligned with purpose and presence.

From pioneering coaching in the UAE in 2005 to becoming a trusted guide for leaders navigating change, my path has been one of bold beginnings and deep transformation. My work quickly gained momentum and included training professional coaches, reshaping organisational culture, and becoming a recognised voice on leadership across the region.
A soul-led return to the UK in 2010 marked a new chapter: a focus on Values-Based Leadership, and the creation of a powerful methodology now featured in my book The Restless Executive, published by Wiley in 2015. A year later, I brought my message to the TEDx stage with The Courage to Trust Yourself – Listen to the Nudges, exploring the unseen forces that shape how we live and lead.

My work is a fusion of leadership mastery, wisdom traditions, and deep energetic alignment.

I have returned to using my maiden name, Jo Meadwell. My book The Restless Executive and my TEDx talk were published under my previous name, Jo Simpson. While my name has changed, my mission remains unwavering: to guide leaders back to their truth, to help them lead with heart and soul, and to awaken the deeper wisdom that has always been within them.
